Clients can take advantage of training courses that SEPAC offers that cover subjects such as design and operation/maintenance of equipment and systems manufactured. SEPAC also offers the opportunity for clients to attend its plant for a period of up to 6 months to participate in the manufacturing process of the purchased product. With this participation, the client is able to fully understand and comprehend the total operation of the equipment as well as acquires a high degree of expertise in the select area of technology.

SEPAC's service department has a team of well qualified and dedicated engineers to attend any needs on the fields in Mexico and internationally. The department's primary concerns are:

  • Installation Supervision.
  • Equipment and Systems Installation.
  • On-site testing.
  • Equipment /System Start Up.
  • Post-purchase Follow up


For many of SEPAC's clients, the service and maintenance contracts available are the most cost effective approach to field service requirements.




Another important support feature for the client is that SEPAC maintains an inventory of stock and spare parts to assure continued service of each product for 10-15 years. In the case of obsolescence. SEPAC will offer alternatives and the best solution possible to help the client.

Regarding digital equipment SEPAC has maintenance contracts available to update applicable software. These contracts are similar to the "EVER - GREEN" policy


Project Managementsubstation

SEPAC is widely recognized ability to effectively manage projects by forming multi-disciplinary teams to work on large scale contracts all over the world. Typical responsibilities include general administration of projects,design studies, system engineering and application, manufacturing, suppling, assemby supervision, installation, start-up and training.

This results in SEPAC guaranteeing full completion of all areas within the multidisciplinary contractual agreement.

According to the specifications of each project, SEPAC will gather and use the necessary resources from its business associates to collaborate with SEPAC's own resources. These associates have signed contracts with SEPAC that cover technology transfer and technical support. Each one of these companies are word leaders in their respective fields.
