Clients can take advantage of training courses that SEPAC offers that cover subjects such as design and operation/maintenance of equipment and systems manufactured. SEPAC also offers the opportunity for clients to attend its plant for a period of up to 6 months to participate in the manufacturing process of the purchased product. With this participation, the client is able to fully understand and comprehend the total operation of the equipment as well as acquires a high degree of expertise in the select area of technology.

Another important support feature for the client is that SEPAC maintains an inventory of stock and spare parts to assure continued service of each product for 10-15 years. In the case of obsolescence. SEPAC will offer alternatives and the best solution possible to help the client.

Regarding digital equipment SEPAC has maintenance contracts available to update applicable software. These contracts are similar to the "EVER - GREEN" policy

SEPAC is widely recognized ability to effectively manage projects by forming multi-disciplinary teams to work on large scale contracts all over the world. Typical responsibilities include general administration of projects,design studies, system engineering and application, manufacturing, suppling, assemby supervision, installation, start-up and training.

This results in SEPAC guaranteeing full completion of all areas within the multidisciplinary contractual agreement.
